General Manager (Business Development)

Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing • Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies across social media, EDM, SEO/SEM, and influencer partnerships. • Manage content calendars, campaigns, and paid ad performance (Meta, Google, TikTok, Xiaohongshu). • Track KPIs, analyse ROI, and continuously optimise for engagement, footfall, and online sales. • Oversee the café's website, e-commerce, and CRM/loyalty programme. Corporate Events • Plan, pitch, and execute corporate events, product launches, media tastings, and pop-ups. • Build strong relationships with event partners, venues, and media contacts. • Manage event budgets, timelines, vendors, and post-event reporting. B2B Sales • Identify and secure B2B opportunities including corporate catering, bulk orders, hotel/office partnerships, and wholesale accounts. • Develop sales pipelines, proposals, and pricing strategies to hit revenue targets. • Nurture long-term client relationships and expand recurring revenue streams. • Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and networking sessions.
