About JOVEN Electric Established in Malaysia in 1983, JOVEN Electric is a home-grown water heater and home appliance brand with a presence across Southeast Asia. JOVEN Electric (S) Pte Ltd was established in Singapore in 1995. Our Singapore office is located at Ubi Techpark, 10 Ubi Crescent. We are looking for a responsible and customer-oriented Customer Service Officer to join our Singapore team. You will play an important role in supporting our customers from product enquiries through to after-sales service and service appointment coordination. This is an office-based position with regular working hours and no shift work . Key Responsibilities • Handle customer enquiries and after-sales service requests via phone, WhatsApp and other communication channels. • Arrange and coordinate service appointments with customers and service technicians. • Process customer orders, service requests and related documentation accurately. • Provide customers with basic product, warranty and service information. • Follow up on ongoing service cases to ensure that customers receive timely updates. • Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and work towards appropriate resolutions. • Liaise with technicians, installers and internal departments to resolve customer issues. • Maintain accurate customer and service records in the company's systems. • Identify recurring customer or service issues and highlight them to management for improvement. • Assist with general administrative duties relating to customer service and after-sales operations. • Perform other reasonable duties as assigned from time to time. Requirements • Minimum NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma or equivalent qualification. • At least 1 year of customer service, administrative or service coordination experience preferred. • Fresh graduates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn may also be considered. • Good written and verbal communication skills. • Patient, responsible and customer-service oriented. • Able to communicate clearly and professionally when handling difficult customer situations. • Organised and meticulous with good attention to detail . • Able to manage multiple customer cases and priorities at the same time. • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and general computer systems. • Able to work independently while being a good team player. • Experience in after-sales service, home appliances, service coordination or technical customer support would be an advantage.
