E-COMMERCE MANAGER

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Livestream Manager to lead and manage livestream sales operations across digital platforms, driving sales growth, customer engagement, and brand awareness through strategic planning and team coordination. Responsibilities • Plan and execute livestream sales activities and e-commerce campaigns to achieve sales targets and enhance customer engagement • Develop and implement livestream strategies that increase sales, boost customer interaction, and elevate brand visibility • Coordinate and manage livestream hosts, content creators, and production teams to ensure seamless broadcast quality and timely delivery • Monitor livestream performance metrics including sales conversion rates, traffic, and engagement data to identify and act on improvement opportunities • Plan and schedule promotional activities, product launches, and livestream content calendars to optimize audience reach and sales impact • Build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers, partners, and business stakeholders to support livestream operations and growth • Identify and evaluate new opportunities to expand online sales channels and enhance overall e-commerce performance • Prepare detailed performance reports with actionable recommendations for management to inform strategic decisions Required competencies and certifications • At least 3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, livestreaming, digital marketing, or online sales • Strong understanding of livestream e-commerce platforms and digital marketing principles • Proficient communication skills to effectively manage teams and coordinate projects • Analytical skills to interpret performance data and drive continuous improvement Preferred competencies and qualifications • Experience managing teams and coordinating cross-functional projects
