FINANCE EXECUTIVE

Job Duties: · Handle full set accounts (AP/AR/GL) of various entities and month-end closing · Preparation of management accounts from monthly revies · Preparation of cashflow forecast · Ensure timely and accurate filling of all corporate tax return · Handle quarterly GST reporting and queries · Ensure timely preparation and submission of monthly reports in accordance with accounting standards · Coordinate and issue payments to vendors · Create and maintain documentation of standard operating procedures, workflows, and accounting policies · Assist in audit and tax-related matters · Other Finance/Accounting tasks as and when requires · Other admin duties as assigned Requirements: · At least 2 years of relevant working experience · Diploma or Degree in Accountancy Finance or equivalent · Self-motivated, meticulous, organized, able to work independently, and a proactive team player · Proficient in MS Office
