Marketing Executive

Job Description • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and product sales • Plan and manage social media content calendars across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) • Assist in the development of marketing collateral (brochures, packaging inserts, website content, ads) • Conduct market research to identify trends in the health and wellness/supplement industry • Monitor competitor activities and identify opportunities for differentiation • Support product launches, including go-to-market strategy and promotional planning • Work with the sales team to develop trade marketing materials and in-store promotions • Track and report on campaign performance (ROI, engagement, conversion rates) using analytics tools • Ensure all marketing content complies with health/supplement industry advertising regulations and claims guidelines • Manage marketing budget allocation for assigned campaigns • Performing ad-hoc tasks as assigned Job Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field • A minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in FMCG, health, wellness, or supplement industries • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Knowledge of health supplement industry regulations (e.g., claims substantiation, labeling requirements) is a plus • Creative thinker with strong project management and organizational skills • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product development, and regulatory teams Working Hours 5-day work week (8.30am to 6.00pm) Salary Package $2500 to$3500 depending on skills and working experiences Staff Welfare Annual leave + Medical and wellness benefits + Staff purchase discount + Birthday voucher Kindly provide your last/current drawn, expected salary and availability in your resume/CV
