HR ASSISTANT

• Posting of recruitment advertisements • Engagement with both internal and external stakeholders such as employees and vendors, etc • Manage office sundry purchases • Payroll administration • Assists in employment contract renewals • Coordinate medical arrangement for foreign employees (medical check-ups for work pass, and vaccination) • Ensure complete, up-to-date, accurate and accessible records are kept for all employees. • Assists in the co-ordination of social and recreational activities to promote the general welfare of all employees • Performs HR data entry relating to employee's information, training records, etc. • Manage and route phone calls appropriately • Assists in work pass applications and other immigration related work. • Prepare and submit government bodies and statutory board related surveys.
