Responsibilities • Prepare accurate quotations and collaborate with sales managers to support sales activities • Receive, verify, and process customer purchase orders for accuracy and completeness, generating internal job orders accordingly • Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, and other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment • Serve as the primary contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing clear information on products, services, and order status • Communicate proactively with customers to update them on order progress, delivery schedules, and resolve potential issues • Generate and maintain detailed inventory reports to track sales performance and support forecasting efforts • Assist sales managers with various sales-related tasks to enhance team effectiveness • Support the team leader by assisting with work process improvements and data generation • Support inter-company administrative tasks as required • Apply Excel skills to manage data and reporting efficiently • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve shared goals
