Job Description & Requirements Renovation Business Development Executive – Ceiling, Partition, Painting & Carpentry Uncle Carpentry & Renovation is looking for a motivated individual to develop new renovation business opportunities in Singapore. The role focuses on identifying potential renovation projects, building connections with Interior Designers, property agents, contractors, homeowners, commercial clients and other industry contacts. Key Responsibilities • Source new residential and commercial renovation projects. • Develop new customer leads through personal and professional networks. • Build and maintain relationships with Interior Designers, property agents, contractors and business partners. • Introduce potential customers and projects to the company. • Arrange initial meetings, site visits and project discussions. • Follow up on quotations and potential projects. • Support business development and long-term customer relationships. Incentive Performance-based incentive or commission may be provided for successfully confirmed projects, depending on the project and role involvement.
