Job Description • Issue and manage purchase orders accurately, track order status, and ensure on-time delivery and completeness aligned with project requirements • Coordinate with project, site and warehouse teams to ensure materials are delivered according to project requirements. • Negotiate competitive pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers to achieve cost savings and reliable supply • Maintain proper purchasing records, quotations, purchase orders and supplier information. • Source and purchase construction materials, equipment, tools and services according to project requirements. Requirements • Diploma or Degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related discipline. • Relevant purchasing or procurement experience, preferably in the construction industry. • Good knowledge of purchasing procedures and supplier management. • Detail-oriented with good follow-up and organisational skills. • Able to work independently and coordinate with multiple departments.
