QS + Site Engineer

Job Responsibilities: • Perform quantity take-offs and prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ) for projects. • Assist in preparation of tender documents and procurement processes. • Liaise with Contracts Manager in cost submissions, budgeting, and contracts documentation. • Prepare cost estimates, progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts. • Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, site personnel, and internal departments to obtain information for costing and project administration. • Assist in evaluating subcontractor and supplier quotations. • Prepare supplier and subcontractor payment recommendations and related documentation. • Attend site meetings, progress meetings, and coordination meetings as required. • Ensure proper documentation and filing of contracts, correspondences, and project records. • Take charge of managing site work and ensuring compliance to rules and regulation while working safely. *Apply for EP*
