Quantity Surveyor

• Track changes to the Design/ Construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly • Price/ forecast the cost of different materials required for the project • Procurement responsibilities including preparing tender document or calling for quotation for subcontract packages including evaluation through cost comparison as well as recommendation of awards • Certificate and evaluate progress work done; includes contract administration for any variation or change for both Subcontracts and Main Contracts • Prepare and followup monthly progress claims in timely manner • Perform other QS-related duties as assigned by the Reporting Supervisor Requirements • Possess Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or its equivalent
