• Assist in the preparation of tender documentation and pricing
• To take off quantity for tender and ongoing projects
• Updating and tracking of drawing to ensure timely information
• Submission for progress claim, quotation and VO submission
• Certify and evaluate progress work done, includes contract administration for variations for both main contract and subcontract works
• Assist to finalise project accounts
• Attend site meetings when required
• Responsible for related administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
