WSHO cum ECO Officer

WSHO cum ECO Job Responsibilities: • Lead and manage the site WSH management systemin compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act and subsidiary regulations • Advise project management on WSH matters and risk mitigation strategies • Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments • Actively conduct MSRA review and recommend appropriate control measures to mitigate risks on site • Identify areas for improvement and monitor implementation progress of recommended measures via site inspections and engagement with different work teams • Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses; prepare reports and corrective actions • Conduct WSH training, toolbox meetings, and safety briefings • Coordinate with MOM officers, safety auditors, and external stakeholders • Monitor safety performance indicators and prepare WSH reports • Lead emergency preparedness and response drills • Implement and maintain the Environmental Management Plan (EMP) • Conduct environmental inspections and monitoring • Manage environmental incidents and implement corrective actions • Liaise with NEA, consultants, and authorities on environmental matters • Promote environmentally responsible work practices among workers and subcontractors Requirements: • Diploma or Degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety & Health, or related discipline • Registered Safety Officer • Registered ECO Officer Please be inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
