Sales Coordinator

Office Location: Boon Lay Working days: 5 days work week (Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri, Sat) Off day - Thursday Rest day - Sunday & Public Holiday Working hours: 8am to 5pm (Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri, Sat) Benefits: • Basic salary + OT pay • AWS • Performance Bonus Job Scope (Responsibilities): • Answering phone calls, replying emails, answering customer queries, providing information, taking and processing orders • Liaise with clients directly if there’s delivery or stock issues • Communicate with logistics for delivery arrangement • Prepare packing list for warehouse • Handling salmon factory yield rate report and stock in • Matching signed delivery order invoice with tax invoice • Daily sales report submission • Mailing invoices to clients • Filing of invoices • Preparing of sticker labelling Requirements: • No experience are welcome to apply (Training will be provided) • Positive and willing to learn • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment • Good interpersonal, communication & administrative skills • Meticulous and attentive to details • PC literate • A great team player
