Principal Engineer, Business Analysis

• Laise with customers, users and related stakeholders to understand their business needs. • Analyze business requirements and define system functions. • Create user story and describe the input, output and corresponding business processes. • Write down business scenarios, contruct workflow diagrams, and prepare UI protypes. • Work with UI/UX designer to improve user experience of UI design. • Work with development team to ensure the team understands user stories clearly. • Work with testers to ensure all business scenarios are tested. • Standardized system configurations and prepare user guide and system configuration guide. • Present system functions to customers, users and related stakeholders. • Analyze the feedbacks from users or customers and prepare system improvements. • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders. • Help on technical documentation. Job Requirements • A minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis or a related field. • Hands-on experience in software development • Knowledge of cloud computing, SaaS, web application, microservices, and system integration. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills. • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills. • Able to work both independently and in a team. • Domain knowledge of e-commerce and supply chain is a plus.
