Draftsman

Roles and Responsibilities: • Develop construction drawing to shop drawings with sections and elevations • Prepare Combined Services Drawing and Reflected ceiling plans • Review and analyse clashing and penetrations of MEP services • Ensure compliance of quality standards in CAD/BIM drawings • Prepare as-built drawings including OMM preparation and submission • Modify and revise the drawings accordingly. • Documentation and update all drawings • Provide timely technical assistance and solutions to the team • Participate in project meetings as required Requirements: • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Mechanical or Electrical, Architecture, CAD/BIM or equivalent. • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Meticulous and sensitive with numbers. • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Autocad
