RESPONSIBILITIES Mediacorp's Commercial Solutions Team drives revenue growth by turning client and business challenges into impactful, commercially viable solutions. As a Manager, Commercial Solutions, you will own the development of client-centric commercial solutions - from understanding the brief and shaping the idea, to developing the pitch and driving it through to submission. You will be expected to think beyond the brief, bring ideas to the table and proactively drive outcomes. Working across Sales, Content and Solutioning teams, you will develop compelling omnichannel solutions that harness Mediacorp's IPs, platforms, personalities and creative capabilities to deliver measurable value for clients. We are looking for a dynamic and creative individual with strong business acumen who demonstrates ownership, initiative and presence — someone who does not simply respond to briefs, but actively identifies opportunities, influences stakeholders and drives work forward. Key Responsibilities: Drive Solutions End-to-End • Own assigned RFQs and proposals from brief through to submission, taking accountability for the quality and timely delivery of the final solution. • Understand and challenge the client brief where appropriate, identifying the core business challenge and translating it into a clear solutioning opportunity. • Proactively drive timelines, inputs and follow-ups across stakeholders to keep proposals on track. • Anticipate potential issues, resolve roadblocks independently where possible and escalate risks early when required. Develop Impactful, Commercially Viable Solutions • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Mediacorp to develop customised, innovative solutions that address client or sector needs. • Leverage Mediacorp's extensive portfolio of IPs, platforms, personalities and capabilities, or develop fresh and original concepts tailored to client objectives. • Proactively contribute ideas and recommendations rather than simply executing against a given brief. • Develop compelling pitch narratives and visually impactful sales decks that clearly articulate the client challenge, strategic thinking, proposed solution and intended impact. • Package and price solutions strategically, balancing creativity, client budgets, value and Mediacorp's commercial objectives. Bring People Together to Deliver the Best Solution • Build strong working relationships with Sales, Content, Digital, Social and other Solutioning teams to enable effective cross-functional collaboration. • Lead ideation and solutioning discussions for assigned proposals, bringing a clear point of view and recommendations to the table. • Communicate complex ideas simply and persuasively, both verbally and through written proposals. Strategic Partnerships • Develop marketing and media plans for strategic IPs and Performance Partnerships driven by the Commercial team. • Work closely with relevant internal stakeholders to deliver against agreed campaign objectives and KPIs. • Develop optimal omnichannel media plans across Digital, Radio, TV, Social and other relevant touchpoints to maximise campaign impact. • Support measurement and post-campaign reviews, using results and insights to strengthen future recommendations and partnership opportunities QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media or a related field • Minimum 5 years' experience in developing go-to-market solutions and solution selling (media industry experience preferred) • Strong track record of collaborating across functions, influencing stakeholders • Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal - with the ability to simplify complex ideas into persuasive narratives • Strong business acumen - be able to price solutions that are commercially viable • Proficiency in PowerPoint (storytelling & design) and Excel (analysis and planning) • Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills, able to work both independently and with a team Please note that your application will be sent to and reviewed by the direct employer - Mediacorp Pte. Ltd.
