Service Crew

Key Responsibilities • Provide friendly and attentive service to guests. • Take orders, serve food and beverages, and clear tables. • Ensure the dining area is clean, organised and well-maintained. • Assist with opening and closing duties. • Handle guest enquiries and feedback professionally. • Support the team during busy periods and events. • Follow food safety, hygiene and restaurant SOPs. Requirements • Previous F&B experience is an advantage, but training will be provided. • Friendly, responsible and customer-oriented. • Good communication and teamwork skills. • Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. • Positive attitude and willing to learn.
