AB03 - Culinary Administrator | 5.5 Days | $2,300–$2,800 + PB

Culinary Administrator Location: JTC Bedok Food City, 1550 Bedok North Avenue 4, Singapore 489950 Working Days: Monday-Saturday Working Hours: 8am-5pm Salary: $2,300-$2,800 + PB Job Description • Handle daily production administrative work and data entry, including production output, usage and wastage records. • Prepare and maintain production reports, records and spreadsheets. • Handle recipes, costing and production data, including recipe calculations, ingredient and product costing. • Perform Excel data entry, calculations, analysis and reporting. • Coordinate with Production, QA/QC, Warehouse, Purchasing and other departments on production-related administrative matters. • Assist the Production Manager with administrative follow-up and production-related tasks. • Perform other duties as assigned by the Company. Job Requirements • Diploma/Certificate in F&B, Food Technology, Culinary, Business Administration or a related field preferred. • 1-2 years of relevant experience in F&B administration, food manufacturing or production administration. • Familiarity with F&B or food manufacturing processes and costing. • Experience handling recipes, ingredient costing and production data will be an advantage.
