Operations and Sales Support Executive

Duties & Responsibilities: • Provide operational support towards sales team, including, but not limited to, ticket reservations, vendor coordination, itinerary and transfer arrangements, coach and luggage tag preparation, and pre-departure materials. • Handle visa enquiry and insurance purchase through email and phone communication for corporate clients. • Handling dispute and complaints internally & externally. • Provide sales support and assist with proposal preparation when required. • Support business travel team for its operation and other team. • Issue EO and invoices for all operational support rendered, including tasks assigned by the manager. Experience & skill set required: • Diploma in Tourism or Hospitality studies or relevant Field • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in Tourism or Hospitality industry • Proficient in Microsoft office • Ability to work under tight schedules with positive working attitude • Independent, meticulous, teamplayer, excellent interpersonal skill, positive work attitude • Experience in group booking • Experience in using GDS (Sabre, Amadeus) would be an advantage
