WhatsApp: +65 90820021 (Kyler) Email: kylergan.supreme@gmail.com Location: Bedok South Working Days: Mon - Fri, 5 days Working Hours: 8.00 am to 5.30pm Salary: Basic $3000 to $4000+PB+AWS+Annual Increment Job scope: • Source, identify, research, and evaluate suppliers and stockists that meet the organization's requirements for quality, cost, delivery, and reliability. • Identify sales promotions, supplier rebates, and other cost-saving opportunities to achieve procurement savings. • Assess supplier capabilities and products to ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality requirements, and delivery commitments. • Analyze supplier quotations, negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules, and execute purchases within approved authority limits. • Manage and monitor customer forecasts, inventory levels, production schedules, purchase requisitions, and purchase orders to support operational requirements. • Track and follow up on purchase orders with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and communicate order status to internal stakeholders. • Source alternative suppliers and stockists to mitigate supply disruptions and ensure business continuity. • Monitor supplier performance and ensure key objectives relating to Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Flexibility (QDCF) are consistently achieved. • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and strategic partners to support long-term business objectives. • Liaise with customers regarding obsolete parts management, last-time buys, and alternative sourcing solutions. • Support continuous improvement initiatives within procurement and supply chain activities. • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and applicable aerospace or manufacturing requirements. Requirements: • Diploma/Degree in Manufacturing, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline with at least 2 years of procurement or supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment • Knowledge of AS9100 Aerospace Quality Management Systems and/or ISO 9001 requirements. • Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems preferred. • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
