Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, answering inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. Responsibilities: ● Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries ● Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner ● Provide product and service information to customers ● Process orders, forms, applications, and requests ● Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed ● Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues ● Follow company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction ● Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume and resolution time ● Continuously improve knowledge of company products and services ● Assist with other tasks as needed Requirements: ● 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ● Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities ● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment ● Attention to detail and accuracy ● Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other customer service technologies ● Ability to work in a team environment ● Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
