Senior Automation Engineer

Job description Role: • Maintenance and repair of allequipment in the factory to reduce downtime • Improve machine yield • Lead the engineer and supervisorin resolving quality related issues related to equipment/machine • Meet quality objective set bymanagement Responsibilities: • Be responsible for theoperation and maintenance of the entire plant automation and control systems • Develop standard operatingprocedures and implement maintenance program for the automation and controlsystems. • Monitor and publish weeklyequipment and machine performance to management. • Promptly co-ordinating inhouse equipment for calibration • Monitoring of cleanroom performance • Repair equipment and machine to support production to minimise disruption • Participate in quality meeting on equipment and machine related issue • To cater enough spare parts for the maintenance of the equipment • Participate in the Continual Process Improvement Team. • To supervise the engineers and supervisor and provide guidance when necessary Qualifications • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering(Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering(Bioengineering/Biomedical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent. Requirements • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required. • Knowledge in ISO9000/TS16949/StatisticalProcess Control.
