Customer Service Assistant

Job Summary You will support daily customer service operations by processing orders, coordinating deliveries, managing enquiries and complaints, recording feedback, and assisting the team to ensure smooth service delivery. Responsibilities • Process daily customer orders accurately and coordinate timely deliveries with drivers • Manage customer enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other channels promptly and professionally • Resolve customer complaints effectively while maintaining positive relationships • Record and report customer feedback to suggest service improvements • Assist team members with daily operational tasks to maintain smooth workflow and quality service Preferred competencies and qualifications • Experience in customer service roles • Ability to communicate clearly in English and Mandarin to serve diverse customers • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers and colleagues • Teamwork and collaboration skills to support team objectives • Attention to detail, patience, responsibility, and ability to work under pressure • Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar software • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills Other Information • Work schedule: 5 days per week • Working shift : 8am to 5.30pm / 11.30am to 9pm • Off day on Monday and Tuesday
