Job Summary Manage daily finance and accounting operations to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance. Support tax filings, audits, and timely processing of transactions while meeting deadlines independently. Responsibilities • Manage daily finance and accounting operations to maintain accurate financial records and support business functions • Prepare monthly financial and management reports to inform decision-making and track business performance • Support tax filing processes by preparing and submitting required documentation to ensure regulatory compliance • Assist external and internal auditors by providing necessary documentation and clear explanations • Process finance-related transactions accurately and promptly to uphold financial integrity • Collaborate with team members to complete additional finance and accounting tasks as assigned Preferred competencies and qualifications • Use SAP S/4HANA to improve finance system efficiency and data accuracy • Apply Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, to analyze and present financial data effectively • Interpret financial information and identify trends or issues through strong analytical skills • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external auditors to facilitate smooth operations • Organize multiple tasks efficiently to meet reporting deadlines • Work independently to deliver accurate results within set deadlines Other Information Benefits • Annual Leave entitlement • Sick Leave entitlement • Medical Allowance • Transport Allowance Additional Information • This is a 6-month contract position to provide maternity leave coverage.
