Customer Service Executive (Pivot / Vlookup / SAP)

Position: Customer Service Executive Location: Tampines Working Hours: 830am - 530pm ( Mon - Fri) Salary : Basic $3,400 to $3,800 + $200 Transport Allowance + OT Job Scope: Customer Support: • Provide quality customer service support via email and phone through ticketing system. • Handle customer inquiries efficiently and escalate issues promptly when required. • Resolve customer problems and claims effectively and promptly. • Promote and recommend new products to existing customers. Order Management: • Input customer purchase order into system and manage sales orders for customers. • Allocate stock and arrange delivery for customer orders. Customer Relations: • Conduct regular meetings with customers to maintain close communication. • Monitor and track customer feedback to identify areas for improvement. • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers. Reporting and Improvement: • Create monthly reports on customer service activities. • Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures. • Participate in customer service improvement initiatives. Team Collaboration: • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues. • Perform any other ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned.
