Architectual Coordinator

· To develop a schedule program for the commencement and completion of all architectural works to tie in with master schedule. · To coordinate monitor and control subcontractor’s progress and quality of work. · To delegate work to the general workers/supervisors and ensure it is in compliance with company/authority standards. · Liaise with suppliers on items needed for the project and plan the delivery schedule. · Ensure timely delivery of goods and material to site. · Submission to consultants for materials, shop drawings and method statement approval before commencement of work. · Attend project coordination meetings. · Assist Project Manager in compilation of handling over documents including as-built drawings. · Execute control measures on material/plant and equipment/utilities usage. · Understand specifications, drawings, scope and sequence of work. · Ability to propose alternative material/work method for architectural work. · Ability to interpret construction drawings for any discrepancies.
