• Data Entry-Key in Delivery Orders/ Purchase Invoices
• Sorting, matching and verifying all incoming Delivery Orders against Sales Invoices or Purchase Invoices
• Filing of Purchase Invoices
• Maintain proper record of all purchases
• Other ad hoc duties
