Facilities Manager

Responsibilities: • Lead and manage all Facilities Management (FM) operations, acting as the primary point of contact for all FM-related matters, ensuring seamless integration with client operations. • Ensure the facilities are safe, functional, and compliant with regulatory standards, while fostering an environment that supports operational efficiency and productivity. • Monitor and track performance, reporting on key metrics, and addressing issues related to service delivery, discipline, and finance. Requirements: • Degree in Facilities Management, Property Management, Engineering, or a related discipline. • A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in facilities management, with at least 5 years in a managerial role. • Proven expertise in Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) services delivery within a contractor or client-side role. • Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and team management skills. • Deep understanding of statutory and regulatory compliance requirements, as well as the latest trends and best practices in FM. • Proficiency in FM management software and data analysis tools.
