Key Responsibilities • Manage daily facilities operations, maintenance, housekeeping, security and office supplies. • Coordinate with building management, contractors and service providers. • Oversee facilities budgets, procurement, contracts and service quality. • Maintain workplace health and safety standards and emergency procedures. • Support office space planning, renovations and employee workplace needs. Requirements • Relevant experience in office facilities management, ideally within a multinational environment. • Strong vendor management, organisational and communication skills. • Familiarity with Singapore workplace safety requirements and commercial building operations. • Proactive, service-oriented approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
