Project Engineer (BMS / Building Automation / HVAC Controls)

• Well established Company • Basic $3800 to $4500 + AWS + Variable Bonus • Excellent Welfare and Benefits + Career progression • Working location: Island Wide • Working hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm • 5 days’ work week Job Responsibilities: • Assist in the design, planning and execution of Building Management System (BMS) projects. • Coordinate with main contractors, consultants, subcontractors and clients on project requirements and site activities. • Review project drawings and ensure the latest approved drawings are used for installation works. • Supervise subcontractors and ensure works comply with project specifications and quality standards. • Monitor site progress and assist with project scheduling and cost control. • Prepare progress reports, method statements, project documentation and site records. • Attend site meetings and resolve technical, installation and site coordination issues. • Support system integration, troubleshooting, testing, commissioning and project handover. • Inspect completed works and follow up on defects or non-conformance issues. • Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule and according to customer requirements. Requirements: • Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. • Preferably 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, M&E, ACMV or BMS projects. • Exposure to BMS or data centre projects is advantageous. • Candidates without relevant working experience are welcome to apply; training will be provided.
