We’re Hiring: Production Operator (Medical Device) – PCBA Assembly & Testing Enjoy hands-on work and have an eye for detail? Join our production team and help us assemble and test quality electronic products! 🌟 Fresh graduates are welcome — full training provided! 🔧 What You’ll Do • Assemble PCBA components on the production line following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) rules. • Perform PCBA functional testing using test jigs. • Accurately enter test results and production test data into the system. • Carry out visual inspections and maintain a clean, organized work area in line with 5S standards. • Support the team in meeting daily production and quality targets. 🎓 What You’ll Bring • Minimum SPM / N Level / O Level or NITEC in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent. • Fresh graduates are welcome; 6 months to 1 year of experience in assembly or testing is preferred. • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and barcode scanning. • Good eyesight and strong attention to detail. • Ability to read and understand basic English work instructions and test procedures. 🕒 Working Schedule Able to work 12-hour shifts when required, including overtime and weekends. 📩 Ready to Join Us ?
