Quantity Surveyor (A2 main con/ A&A Project)

JOB SCOPE • Source sub-contractors and vendors for quotations during tendering • Carry out quantity take-offs during tendering • Evaluate quotations and prepare costing summaries for approval prior to tender submission • Prepare project cash flow statements • Prepare and finalize subcontract documents (including all contract and technical requirements) • Prepare procurement and sub-contract schedules • Assist Project Manager with negotiation and award of sub-contracts • Ensure submission of bonds/warranties from sub-contractors • Prepare payment claims and provide substantiation for variation orders (VO) for valuation • Prepare monthly payment certificates and check invoices against delivery orders • Prepare monthly reports (contractual matters), including updating and maintaining records for Architect Instructions, Variation Orders, sub-contractor approval lists, and monthly man-hour reports • Prepare cost summary reports • Update and maintain material price lists for each project • Evaluate sub-contractors’ performance with the project team REQUIREMENTS • Minimum 1–2 years related experience (construction field) • Degree in Quantity Surveying HOW TO APPLY: Interested applicants, kindly send your resume in MS WORD format to ••••@trustrecruit.com.sg or please click on “Apply Now” and provide the below details in your resume.
