Responsibilities
• Design & drafting of MEP layout, section details, space management planning and plant room details.
• Able to carry out detailing & co-ordination drawing.
• Responsible for preparation of shop drawings, and As-Built drawings using Revit software.
• Obtain relevant information from architectural drawings, structural, other discipline drawings.
• To assist Project Manager/ Engineers on coordination, planning and visiting job sites/meetings when necessary.
• Experienced in full project cycle revit support will have an advantage.
Requirements
• Singaporean only
• Minimum Nitec / diploma in Electrical Engineering /MEP/ Architectural or its equivalent
• Minimum 3-8 years relevant experience
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Problem-solving attitude.
• Experienced in the M&E contractor environment.
