· Lead the people aspects of transformation, restructuring and change, including impact assessment, consultation, communication, implementation, and adoption.
· Use workforce analytics, organisational insights and employee listening data to anticipate risks and guide decisions on headcount, capability, engagement, retention, and productivity.
· Partner with People Centres of Excellence, regional HR, Legal, HSE and specialist teams to deliver integrated solutions, consistent employee experiences, and sound people governance across geographies.
Basic Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
· 8+years of progressive Human Resources experience, including substantial HR Business Partnering experience supporting senior leaders.
· Experience developing and delivering people strategies in a complex, matrixed, and multi-country organisation.
· Demonstrated experience in organisational design, workforce planning, talent management, performance, and change delivery.
Preferred Qualifications
· 10+years of Human Resources experience, with a track record as a senior HR Business Partner in a global, operationally complex, or fast-paced organisation.
· Experience supporting Facilities, HSE, Security, Property, Corporate Services, Operations, or another safety- and risk-critical function.
· Strong commercial and operational acumen, with the ability to connect people priorities to service delivery, risk management, cost, productivity, and business outcomes.
· Proven success leading organisation transformation, restructuring and complex change across multiple geographies and stakeholder groups.
· Deep capability in organisation design, strategic workforce planning, succession, leadership development, and talent management.
· Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, with the confidence to challenge constructively and coach senior leaders.
· Sound judgement and discretion in handling complex employee, organisational and leadership matters.
· Strong analytical capability and experience using workforce data and insights to build a clear narrative, identify risks and guide decisions.
· Excellent written communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex issues for senior and non-specialist audiences.
