Job Summary Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, ensuring accurate documentation and supporting junior staff supervision to promote quality patient outcomes in a compassionate healthcare environment. Responsibilities • Plan and deliver nursing care tailored to meet individual patient needs, ensuring safety and comfort • Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records, documenting treatments and clinical conditions to support continuity of care • Supervise and mentor junior nurses and ancillary staff to enhance team performance and patient care quality • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to foster positive relationships and coordinated care • Perform shift duties reliably to ensure continuous nursing coverage and patient support Required competencies and certifications • Registration with the Singapore Nursing Board • Minimum 3 years of ward experience as a Senior Staff Nurse Preferred competencies and qualifications • Experience supervising junior nurses • Strong interpersonal skills to relate well with people at all levels
