Manager

Role and Responsibilities • Supervise and lead the construction team to lay down construction milestones. • Manage construction activities, ensuring timely and smooth progress of the operations. • Monitor and ensure subcontractors comply with specified requirements. • Identify and comply with all applicable statutory / regulatory requirements and safety related to project. • Coordination and sequencing of works of different sub-contractors. • Respond swiftly to work delays, emergencies and other problems. • Clear communication to external parties including client, sub-contractors, consultant, vendor etc on project needs, requirements and schedule by means of daily construction oversight. • Report daily operation to Operation Manager Requirements • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree Holder • Minimum 1 years' experience in site coordination. • Excellent project management skills • Team leadership • Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, POS) • Proficient in AutoCad. • Proficient in English Language.
