Network Engineer (Network Switches / CCNA)

• Salary range: $5000 - $6500 • AWS and Performance Bonus provided • Working days & hours: 9:00AM – 6:00PM (Monday – Friday) • Working Location: Ang Mo Kio • Excellent Welfare & Benefits • Well Established Network Provider Company Job Scope • Provide pre-sales and technical support by understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable networking products and solutions. • Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, testing and troubleshooting for customers. • Support the implementation and delivery of networking solutions , including onsite/remote technical support and documentation. • Provide after-sales technical support , diagnosing and resolving network, connectivity and product-related issues. • Conduct customer training and technical guidance where required. • Work closely with customers, internal teams and regional stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery and timely resolution of technical issues. • Contribute to technical documentation, knowledge sharing and process improvement . • Support other infrastructure and technical projects as required.
