Recruitment Executive/HR Manager

Job Responsibilities: • Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates through diverse sourcing channels such as job boards, social media platforms, and employee referrals. • Create and manage job posting across relevant job boards to maximize visibility and reach. • Review resume to identify candidates who meet the required qualifications and experience. • Conduct preliminary interviews (via phone) to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit. • Coordinate interview schedules between shortlisted candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and timely process. • Maintain and update the recruitment database with accurate candidate information and track progress. • Support and facilitate the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition and positive experience for new hires. Job Requirements: • Diploma or Degree in any field of study are welcome to apply. • Familiarity with LinkedIn or other job boards will be advantageous. • Proficient in English. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong negotiation skills, with ability to follow-through on candidates. • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). • Good team player and self-motivated. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Resourceful and meticulous.
