Field Application Engineer

Job Description • Deliver application support and technical solutions for probe cards to customers across Singapore and overseas. • Partner with the sales team to identify customer requirements and provide onsite support to resolve probe-related issues. • Work closely with HQ counterparts to acquire knowledge of new products and technologies, and support customers in resolving probe card issues. • Support customers throughout the full product development lifecycle, including evaluation, qualification, and mass production. • Provide technical feedback to internal teams and ensure RMA probe cards undergo necessary repairs before being returned to customers. • Work closely with customer product engineers to troubleshoot, validate, and ensure probe cards are production-ready. • Participate in DOE projects at customer sites to enhance probe card testing performance. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including HQ counterparts, to address diverse customer needs and ensure high customer satisfaction. Requirements & Qualifications • Degree, Diploma, or ITI in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline. • Strong knowledge of electronic components and their applications. • Demonstrated ability in analytical thinking and effective problem solving. • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to customers. • Customer-focused, proactive, and equipped with a strong problem-solving mindset. • Hands-on experience with PCBA-level components, connectors, wireless or electromechanical modules, and analog and digital applications is an added advantage. • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as well.
