Product Specialist

Job Description: • Promote and recommend assigned products to healthcare professionals (HCPs), including physicians, nurses, and clinic procurement teams, based on customer requirements and relevant treatment protocols. • Manage assigned customer accounts by maintaining strong relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, coordinating timely deliveries, and providing consistent follow-up in collaboration with internal customer service and logistics teams. • Develop and execute territory sales strategies and plans to achieve individual sales targets and overall team objectives. • Maintain accurate and timely daily call reports, documenting key customer interactions, activities, and required follow-up actions. • Gather market intelligence on competitor products, market trends, and customer needs, and provide relevant insights to the marketing and management teams. Job Requirements • Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Nursing, Biomedical Sciences, or a related discipline. • 1–3 years of experience in medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, or medical detailing. • Strong understanding of brand strategy, commercial execution and pharmaceutical marketing.
