MANAGER

• Manage and oversee daily company and project operations. • Plan, coordinate and monitor project activities and timelines. • Coordinate with clients, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers. • Supervise staff and ensure work is completed efficiently and on schedule. • Monitor project costs, manpower, materials and resources. • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements and relevant regulations. • Review project documents, quotations, contracts and progress reports. • Identify operational issues and implement appropriate solutions. • Prepare regular reports and provide updates to senior management. • Support business development and maintain good client relationships. Requirements • Diploma/Degree in Business Management, Construction, Engineering or a related field. • Minimum 5 years of relevant management experience . • Experience in managing staff, projects and daily operations. • Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills. • Good organisational and time-management skills. • Able to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities. • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office. • Experience in the construction/engineering industry will be an advantage. • Willing to work at project sites when required.
