Junior Accounts Executive

Responsibilities: · Assist with day-to-day accounting and finance operations. · Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions. · Prepare invoices, payments, receipts and other accounting documents. · Assist with bank and account reconciliation. · Maintain proper filing and records of accounting documents. · Assist with monthly closing and preparation of accounting reports. · Assist with audit and tax-related matters when required. · Liaise with suppliers, customers and relevant parties on accounting matters. · Assist with document submission and delivery to relevant parties. · Assist with company errands and general administrative matters when required. · Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management. Requirements: · Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field. · Candidates with relevant accounting experience are preferred. · Experience with ACCPAC / Sage 300 is an advantage. · Familiar with basic accounting principles and Microsoft Office. · Good attention to detail and organisational skills. · Responsible, willing to learn and able to work independently. · Good communication and interpersonal skills.
