DRIVER CUM SUPERVISOR

Job Description & Requirements The Role • Main duties to be responsible for workers transportation and to manage workers and their meals distribution from Indian & Bangladeshi Catering Kitchen. • Candidate must be knowledgeable of different Indian & Bangladeshi menus. • Candidate must be comfortable to work in a workers' environment. • Candidate must be able to interact with workers. • Responsible for achieving workers satisfaction. • Provide efficient and effective management of meals distributions to our many job sites. • Any other ad-hoc duties as per assigned. • Candidate must be a Team player and hands-on. • Provide appropriate coaching and support to the team to develop a high-performance team. • Physically fit to carry 10-15 kg products. • Willing to stand for long hours and enjoy interacting with workers. • At least 2 years driving experience in the construction industry. • Ensure corporate strategies and directives are implemented and executed with excellence to achieve operation effectiveness. • Conduct daily walk-through of the store, roll call, briefing and communication daily to inform staff of key objectives and to ensure operations runs smoothly. • Must have class 3 licence. DUTIES: • Successful candidates must be to communicate simple Tamil and/or Bangladeshi. Note: Only shortlisted candidate will be notified.
