Architectural Supervisor

Job Requirements: • Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Architectural Studies, Building or a related discipline. • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in architectural works within the construction industry. • Experience with a Main Contractor is preferred. • Strong knowledge of architectural construction, finishes and site coordination. • Able to read and interpret architectural drawings, details and specifications. • Experience in coordinating architectural subcontractors, consultants and suppliers. • Familiar with shop drawings, material submissions, samples, RFIs and inspection procedures. • Good understanding of architectural finishes, workmanship and quality requirements. • Familiar with Singapore construction practices and relevant authority requirements. • Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD and/or BIM software will be an advantage. • Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills. • Able to work independently and effectively with multiple stakeholders. • Willing to work on construction sites and manage a fast-paced project environment.
