Sales Executive

Job Summary You will manage customer orders and shipments, coordinate production schedules with planning, and serve as the main contact to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities • Process customer quotations, sales orders, and release orders accurately and promptly • Coordinate with the Planning team to align production schedules with customer delivery deadlines • Arrange shipments and monitor delivery progress to ensure on-time receipt by customers • Track orders and proactively follow up to meet customer delivery expectations • Serve as the primary contact for customers by responding to inquiries and providing order and shipment updates • Liaise between internal teams (Management, Production, QC) and customers to resolve technical questions and confirm product requirements • Complete additional tasks assigned by the Sales Manager or Management with initiative and independence Required competencies and certifications • Proficiency in MS Office applications to manage order processing and communication • Proficiency in English speaking and writing to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams Preferred competencies and qualifications • Meticulousness and proactivity to work independently and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment • Mechanical Engineering background preferred but not required.
