Events Executive

Job Summary: The Events Executive will support all aspects of professional events, including classes, conferences, corporate meetings, festivals, and promotional events. They will assist with vendors, timelines, logistics, and on-site execution to deliver successful and memorable experiences. Key Responsibilities: · Plan and execute events from start to finish according to requirements, target audience, and objectives · Develop event concepts, themes, and proposals · Source and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and venues · Coordinate logistics (venue setup, catering, transportation, equipment, permits, etc.) · Oversee marketing and promotional activities (if applicable) · Create event timelines, schedules, and contingency plans · Lead and supervise event staff and volunteers · Manage on-site event operations and troubleshoot issues · Conduct post-event evaluations and reporting Skills: · Organizational and multitasking abilities · Communication skills · Leadership and team management skills · Problem-solving and decision-making abilities · Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office · Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, PH and weekends
