Training Center Manager

Job Description This position reports to the Director and is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Imelda Unisex Hairstyling and Beauty Training School. The Training Centre Manager ensures the effective delivery of training programmes, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, staff supervision, customer service and continuous business improvement. Responsibilities 1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the training centre. 2. Plan and coordinate training schedules, resource allocation and programme delivery. 3. Supervise administrative and training staff to ensure quality service standards. 4. Ensure compliance with SWDA and organisational policies and procedures. 5. Monitor student enrolment, attendance, feedback and overall learning experience. 6. Prepare operational reports, budgets and performance reviews. 7. Develop business partnerships and support marketing and learner recruitment initiatives. Competencies 1. Training centre operations management 2. Leadership and people management 3.
