OPERATION MANAGER

Job Description & Requirements • Ensure compliance with all company policies and relevant provincial/federal legislation • Establish, continually test, update, and meet the established product yield specification on all finished products • Ensure the production plan is accurate and well-developed on a daily and weekly basis, and then executed with precision and enthusiasm • Maintain food quality and food safety requirements and meet or exceed the requirements for a safe workplace • Ensure the production schedule (workflow, production processes, staffing model, production floor layout, etc.) meets our customer requirements. • A focus on results, a bias for action, and an effective personal leadership style will be necessary • Demonstrated track record of delivering solid operating results in a way that encourages teamwork and employee engagement • Develop formal training plans and conduct on the job training sessions for Food & Beverage Department employees • Attend and contribute to weekly Food & Beverage departmental meetings • Oversee the preparation, presentation and service of Food and Beverage products to ensure highest quality at all times. • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines • Ability to work longer hours with prolonged period of standing. • Ability to work on weekend and public holiday
