Logistics Manager(Plastic Injection Molding Manufactuirng)

Key Responsibilities • Oversee the complete material flow, warehousing, and distribution networks supporting vertically integrated advanced manufacturing services. • Manage high-mix, high-volume manufacturing logistics tailored to precision components for the automotive, medical, and industrial sectors. • Control and optimize all incoming raw materials and components, as well as outgoing finished products, to strictly meet customer fulfillment schedules. • Direct daily warehouse operations, focusing on space optimization, workplace health and safety, cycle counts, and housekeeping. Ensure maximum accuracy to minimize discrepancies between physical stock and the ERP system. • Source, negotiate with, and evaluate the performance of global freight forwarders, carriers, and 3PL providers. Coordinate international multi-modal shipping (air, sea, land) while maintaining strict compliance with customs and trade laws. • Partner with Procurement, Material Planning, Production Management, and Quality Assurance to proactively resolve delivery delays and mitigate supply chain disruptions. • Deploy Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate process waste, optimize freight costs, and accelerate shipping turnaround times. Requirements • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering • At least 5 years of proven experience in logistics and warehouse management, specifically within a high-precision manufacturing or advanced electronics environment. • Strong, hands-on working knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software (such as SAP or Oracle) and standard Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). • Comprehensive understanding of international trade regulations, multi-modal freight logistics, and regional customs compliance. • Able to commence immediate or within short notice period If you are interested in the position Please include your availability, expected salary and reason for leaving current job We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted EA: 94C3609 / Reg: R1325913
